We are looking for a proactive and experienced Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business development and nurturing potential client relationships in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and Pharmaceutical/Healthcare sectors. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in sales and logistics, capable of managing the full sales cycle and achieving growth targets. Key Responsibilities: Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities with target clients in FMCG and Pharma. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential accounts through strategic relationship nurturing. Design and deliver integrated solutions that combine products, services, and logistics support. Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, marketing, product) to ensure seamless proposal delivery and client onboarding. Achieve and exceed assigned sales and business development targets. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of sales/business development experience, with a proven track record in both FMCG and/or Pharmaceutical/Healthcare industries. Demonstrated ability to develop new clients and manage a potential client pipeline from prospecting to close. Hands-on experience in logistics, supply chain distribution is required. Strong solution-selling, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
