Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the Strategic Planning Cycle
* Own and drive the annual and rolling strategic planning process, ensuring seamless alignment with APAC and global strategic objectives.
* Synthesize market intelligence, competitive analysis, and internal performance data to identify growth opportunities and key success factors for expanding existing and new categories.
* Prepare and present strategic recommendations and performance reviews to Leadership Team on a regular basis.
2. Drive High-Impact Strategic Projects
* Lead and manage a portfolio of mission-critical, cross-functional projects that are central to the company's strategic transformation and critical investments. Ensure all projects deliver on defined key results, such as achieving stage-gate approvals, securing investment sign-off, and establishing sustainable operational processes for business teams.
3. Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration
