For our GBS H2R CN team, we are looking for a Payroll Specialist to help us drive HR administration within Siemens and beyond. We are a highly motivated team and are excited to get to know you.
You'll make an impact by
● Strictly following the monthly payroll process, from payroll preparation to post payroll, responsible for payroll logic/data check
● Becoming familiar with the overall payroll calculation logic and being able to handle the process independently
● Keeping a good record of monthly working files, recording specialties, and following compliance requirements
● Downloading templates and checking mass data of employee HR information according to different HR processes, and uploading data to SAP systems
● Analyzing error messages for data uploading and providing solutions
● Working closely with other colleagues to ensure accurate data maintenance in the system and correct salary calculation
● Consolidating and investigating the current process, and raising optimization ideas
● Supporting other teams' work within GBS H2R CN and completing other tasks assigned by the manager
Your defining qualities
● Fluent in oral and written English
● Bachelor's degree or above
● 3 to 5 years of experience in HR
● Familiar with government payroll policy
● Familiar with HR system functionality, preferably with SAP background
● Proficient in MS Office
● Good process, quality control, and problem-solving abilities
