job responsibility：
? play the role of center of expertise for talent assessment and development;
? develop global talent strategy, identification and development talents for didi global;
? design talent development programs to support the growth of leadership pipeline
? participate in global executive talent and talent management work and adapt global talent solutions for local needs (talent review, , succession planning, leadership assessment and development etc.).
requirement：
? experience in hr consulting, talent coe roles, grading and job family management, performance management, or hrbp with experience in talent review, succession planning, leadership development;
? strong td mindset: systematic thinking, drive for results;
? strong business acumen with the ability to link talent management initiatives to key business priorities;
? strong oral and written communication skills in english.
