? Coordinate with HQ about electromagnetic proposal and other technical topic.
? 協(xié)調(diào)總部進(jìn)行技術(shù)對接；
? In charge of electromagnetic design include winding output/iron core design/Insulation/Parameter calculation and etc.
? 負(fù)責(zé)電磁設(shè)計包括（繞組、鐵芯、絕緣及參數(shù)計算等等）
? In charge of catalogue/Specification output and maintained
? 負(fù)責(zé)發(fā)電機樣本或規(guī)格書輸出及維護(hù)
? Guide to understanding and analysis customer inquire, output proposal and datasheet.
? 指導(dǎo)分析客戶的需求，輸出方案或數(shù)據(jù)表；
? Guide to create test program and analysis the report for machine or component.
? 指導(dǎo)輸出測試大綱，分析機器或者零部件測試報告
? Attend VAVE and improvement topic.
? 參加VAVE或各種改進(jìn)項目
? Advanced technology research and related standard deep understanding and learning .
? 前沿技術(shù)研究及相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)解讀及掌握
任職資格：
1. More than 5 years’ experience on electric machinery industry.
5年以上電機行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗
2. Synchronous machine design is preferred.
同步發(fā)電機設(shè)計經(jīng)驗從優(yōu)
3. Bachelor or above, major on electric machinery or relevant electrical
本科及以上學(xué)歷，電機與電器或相近電氣專業(yè)
4. Good communication and present skill, Rigorous logical thinking;
良好溝通，演講能力，邏輯思維縝密
5. Good team player with supporting and cooperation with other teams.
良好的團(tuán)隊協(xié)作，及人際交往能力
