工作職責?Act as first point of contact to manage escalations and exceptions from both service delivery network and business where policies cannot be applied, including but not limited to: conflicts in commercial terms, order related inquiries, allocations, resolutions for blocked or incomplete orders, claims and complaints. Review and approve customer and/or order related requests related to special promotions, deals and pricing in line with authorization limit.
